Knight Frank Thailand, TISCO Wealth and Forbes Thailand Co-Host Alternative Investment Forum to Spur Interest in Offshore Property Investments and Super Prime Condominium Market in Bangkok



This exclusive, by invitation-only evening forum was recently held by TISCO Wealth and Forbes Thailand, in association with Knight Frank Thailand, featuring distinguished speakers and panellists, at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel.


Mr. Phanom Kanjanathiemthao, Managing Director, Knight Frank Chartered (Thailand) Co., Ltd., (3rd from the left), Ms. Oranuch Apisaksirikul, CEO of TISCO Group(in the middle), and Mr. Krisda Sawamiphakdi, CEO of Forbes Thailand (2nd from the right) were on hand to welcome 150 exclusive guests, encompassing TISCO Wealth’s funds and alternative assets investors, Forbes Thailand’s guests, and Knight Frank Thailand’s VIP clientele, namely property owners and developers.



The forum began with an introduction to “Offshore Property Investment: The Right Time is Now!” by Mr. Frank Khan, Executive Director, Head of Residential Department, Knight Frank Chartered (Thailand) Co., Ltd., (2nd from the left) and Mr. Nicholas Holt, Head of Research, Knight Frank Asia-Pacific with a special emphasis on London’s properties and the top-end residential market, which remains highly sought after by Thais and investors around the world. They also discussed luxury residential property prices and investments of passion while suggesting what is hot in the world of luxury investments.


The evening concluded with a panel discussion entitled, “Maximizing Your Wealth in Property Investment, where Mr. Phanom revealed a steady growth in demand, supply, and take up rate of the super prime and prime condominium markets in Bangkok whilst TISCO’s asset allocation experts highlighted newly launched offshore property funds.
